LAM Lighting & Design was created to look and feel like
a Cape Cod style home that is nestled on the edge of a wooded backdrop
of mature shade trees. Stroll along the cobble stone walkway lined
with New Guinea Impatiens and you will hear sounds of splashing
water as it spills over the top of the waterfall in the Koi pond.
Enter into the vestibule with twelve foot ceiling and hand painted
faux marble walls done in soft hues of heather green and eighteen-carat
gold. As you pass through the vestibule you will enter directly
into the main foyer with hardwood floor, Oriental rug, sixteen foot
ceiling and hand-painted faux-finished walls.
In the foyer, the chandeliers are hung using "Aladdin Light
Lifts." An elegant forty-eight inch Schonbek crystal chandelier
from the "Old World Collection " graces the center of
the room. The foyer ceiling is trimmed with architectural cove molding
and is dramatically uplighted using Seagull's low voltage "Ambience
Lighting System." In the center floor display you will see
a collection of antique reproduction vases made of porcelain, and
other solid brass accessories imported exclusively from Asia by
LAM.
Master Works Kitchens designed our fully functioning kitchen. It
is lighted using multiple systems, and controlled with Lutron's
"Graphic Eye." The bathrooms also have faux design hand-painted
walls and incorporate the latest in lighting design and accessories.
